Reporting from inwestycje.pl translated by Gamerant, CEO Piotr Babieno confirmed that the creative team behind Cronos: The New Dawn has now entered the pre-production stage for a new original IP tentatively codenamed “Project H.”
It is said that the development costs will not exceed Cronos even though the target is bigger and wants to reach more players, because it will utilize the technology and production pipeline that they have previously built to remain efficient. However, Cronos fans may have to be a little patient, because currently there are no plans for a direct sequel.
Apart from Project H, Bloober Team is also preparing “Project M” which is being developed by Broken Mirror Games (their “second-party” label) and is reportedly going to be a Nintendo exclusive. Babieno also had time totempt If Project M’s gameplay has a concept that “can only be on Nintendo devices,” it will likely be interesting for fans of games like Resident Evil, Limbo, and Eternal Darkness.
