Assetto Corsa Rally Brings Laser Scanning Perfection to Steam Early Access This November

Assetto Corsa Rally Launches in Early Access Next Month

Assetto Corsa EVO launched earlier this year in what for many was the franchise entry of the year. As it turns out, Supernova Games, in technical collaboration with KUNOS Simulazioni, will be releasing another AC game before the end of the year.

Assetto Corsa Rally will launch on Steam Early Access on November 13. Revealed at the Sim Racing Expo 2025, this upcoming racing sim is very ambitious. While other racing or rally games come close to reality, AC Rally takes it by storm with Laserscan technology.

Yes, that includes track irregularities, topography, and even vegetation position. Supernova Games even recreated the car using official CAD files and laser scanned them.

The Early Access version will feature 4 stages over 33 km in 2 locations: the asphalt roads of Alsace in France and the gravel roads of the Hafren Forest in Wales. There will be 10 iconic cars at launch including WRC, Rally2 and even the famous Group B vehicles. As for the modes, the game will have 5 offline modes for now, then online multiplayer will be implemented sometime before the full release.

The full launch aims to expand this even further, offering over 120km of meticulously recreated rally stages across five international rallies, a comprehensive roster of over 30 historic and modern vehicles, and additional features such as new game modes, rally school, career mode and full VR support, making it one of the most ambitious rally simulations ever attempted.
